Our Story
RICK FAST – PRESIDENT & OWNER
Rick Fast started his career in the Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining industry in 1990. In 1990, after spending the last three years building the tank range, Rick decided to finish his military career, he returned home with skills and dreams. He ventured out to start his new career in the private sector. Rest is history!
He has over 30 years of experience with resin systems, coated felt materials and various installation methods constitute a wealth of knowledge, which makes him uniquely qualified in the design and fabrication of equipment for the CIPP Industry to meet the needs of the 21st Century.

HISTORY BEHIND OUR COMPANY
Fast Pipe Lining Inc. – Manufacturers of all Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Lining tools and equipment. We are always looking for innovative ideas to improve tools for the CIPP Trenchless Technology Industry, every day.
In 2010, Rick Fast started Fast Pipe Lining Inc. to accommodate the material sales we were accumulating. As we sold equipment to different contractors, we found that they needed a material supplier, and we complied.
Fast Pipe Lining, Inc. has a full fabrication and machine shop, where we produce Air Inverters varying from 3” to 96”, along with innovations in the wet-out process.
Our Fabrication shop can assist customers with custom-built equipment, such as Refrigeration trucks, Boiler trucks, Carousel trailers, etc.
In 2015, Fast Pipe Lining opened their Robotic Division that offers training to plumbers on how to efficiently use the cutting robots – that have mobile cutting systems for small pipes. With our Robotics division, the staff can assist in sales and servicing of these Robotic cutters/camera systems.
