Low Profile

Truck-mounted Packaged Boiler system that generates hot water or steam. In steam mode, the burner cycles upon signals from pressuretrols, the water level in the boiler vessel is controlled by Feedwater pump control. Steam flows from a boiler through the process, then back to feed water return system.
In hot water mode, the burner cycles upon signals from aquastats, water is forced flow through the boiler vessel, through a heating process, then back through the boiler.

TRUCK MOUNTED REAR LIFT
  • 15,000lb forklift mast with hydraulic cylinders mounted so that the mast lays down at a 45-degree angle on the deck of the truck. The basket is equipped with a power feed roller that will accept a 60″ liner. The roller will run off the hydraulics on the truck and the controls will be mounted on the roller to enable the roller to be moved to all three accessible sides. The most unique ability of this deck is the floor. The floor will be made with (4) 2″ hydraulic rams that are connected to an I beam with a rounded surface on it. The rams are operated all at the same time with (1) 2 way valve. This unique device allows you to use the floor of the deck as a squeeze point shooter to invert liner!
  • Just above the floor is the liner hold-down bars that the liner gets connected to for water or air inversion. The bar closest to the roller has a removable roller on it to ensure a smooth installation. Another key benefit to the hydraulic cylinders mounted on the floor is the ability to use them as a brake when installing liners in deep manholes.
HYDRAULIC TANK
